Troubleshooting
Problem
The pump has
no power/LCD
Display does not
illuminate.
LCD Display
illuminates but
pump does not
operate.
The pressure
increases quickly.

Possible Reason
The pump is not
receiving any power.
Not enough Amps
from 12V power
source.
There may be an
obstruction in the
airflow.
Solution
Check that the DC plug is fully inserted
into the socket. Check that the socket
is functioning correctly by plugging into
another DC 12V device.
Check that the 12V power source is rated
at least 10 Amps. Some 12V sockets
within vehicles sometimes provide less
than 10 Amps.
Turn the power off immediately and
check/clear the nozzle or inflation point/
valve for any obstructions or kinks in one
of the AirPoles.
