- Do not leave the device unattended. Pull the power
plug in case of longer work interruptions.
- If the device's connecting cable is damaged, it
must be replaced by a special connecting cable
that is available from the manufacturer or his after-
sales service.
- Have repairs only carried out by skilled workers,
e.g. by the after-sales service. If not professionally
repaired, devices will constitute a danger for the
user.

manufacturer will not accept any warranty claims
and cannot be held liable.

Setting / Adjustment
4.1 Assembly
Pay attention that the container's two snap locks
have safely engaged in the recesses on the
motor hood.
Push the suction hose fitting over the
container's suction opening and turn it until the
hose fitting engages.
4.2 Mains connection
The dust extractor S 25 M / S 25 L is equipped with
protective earthing acc. to class I and may therefore
only be connected to sockets with protective earth
conductor.
Prior to commissioning make sure that the mains
voltage agrees with the operating voltage stated on
the machine's rating plate.
4.3 Changing the folded filter cartridge
The folded filter and the motor protection filter can be
accessed from the clean air filter side. For this
purpose, remove the carrying case of the S 25 M.

Using a coin or similar object, turn the catch 7
(fig. 1) on locking bolt 9 anticlockwise by 90°
and push the locking bolt 9 to the rear.
Swing open the hood and remove the filter
cartridge 5 (fig. 5) towards the top.
Insert the new filter cartridges and pay attention
to a neat and tight fit of the filters.

high air passage and has a longer
service life.
Fold down the hood and return to its initial
position by slightly pressing on the locking bolt 9
(fig. 1). The device is now once more closed.
4.4 Replacement of filter bag
Danger
This device may contain hazardous
dust. Emptying and maintenance
operations including the disposal of
dust collection containers may only
be carried out with appropriate
protective equipment.
If the control display blinks during operation, the filter
bag must be emptied.
Switch off the device to change the filter bag.
Pull the dust extractor's plug.
Open the snap locks 10 (fig. 1).
Detach the upper part of the dust extractor from
the container 12 (fig. 4).
Pull filter bag 8 out of the suction port towards
the top.
Close the flange of the filter bag by turning down
the cover.
Hold the new filter bag on the flange and slide it
vertically from the top onto the guide of the
suction port 11 to the stop.
Put the upper part of the dust extractor back
onto the container.
Close the snap locks.
