TROUBLESHOOTING

FAULTS
1. The motor does not
start and does not
make any noise.
2. The aerator is not
distributing.
3. Reduced air input
4. The aerator stops
after having
operated for a short
time.
CHECKS
(possible causes)
A. Check that voltage is reaching the
motor.
B. Check the protection fuses.
A. The suction pipe or the pipes are
blocked.
B. The impeller is worn or blocked.
C. The installation depth is greater than
the characteristics of the aerator.
A. Check that the impeller or the suction
tube are not partly blocked or
encrusted.
B. Check that the impeller is not
touching the body.
C. Check for the presence of solid
bodies between impeller and body.
D. Impeller damaged or worn.
A. The thermal overload protection
device stops the motor.

B. If burnt out, change them.
A. Remove the obstructions.
B. Replace the impeller or remove the
obstruction.
C. Reduce the aerator depth.
A. Remove any obstructions.
B. Check that the impeller nut is
correctly fixed.
