PURPOSE OF USE

The ultrasonic cleaner can be used for the following purposes:
• Cleaning items from the following industries: aerospace, pharmaceutical, automotive, marine, filtration,
moulding, plating & surface finishing, semiconductors etc.
• Cleaning mechanical parts: gears, EGR valves, bearings etc.
The ultrasonic cleaner must not be used for the following operations:
• Use on people or animals.
• Use for soft jewellery, pearls, ceramics, watches.
• Use at any temperatures other than those stated in the TECHNICAL DATA table.
• Use in environments containing explosive, or potentially explosive, atmospheres.
• Use in damp or wet environments; exposure to rain or snow.
• Use for any applications other than the stated ones.

WORK AREA SAFETY

Use the cleaner in a dry area, avoiding humidity.
Do not operate the cleaner in environments containing potentially explosive atmospheres, because
sparks may be generated which can ignite the dust or fumes.
Avoid contact with live equipment, as electric shocks may be caused.
Keep children and bystanders away from your workplace while operating the cleaner. Other
people may distract you.
Do not use the cleaner near flammable material.
Pay attention to the temperature of the solution.
PERSONNEL SAFETY
• Stay alert; watch what you are doing. Do not use the cleaner while tired or under the influence of drugs,
alcohol, or medication.
