n) Child protection
The product features a child safety device. The lock function prevents children or other unauthorized
persons from inadvertently operating the device.
• Press and hold the button Stop/Löschen (7) for approx. 3 seconds to activate the child protection feature.
A long beep sounds and the display shows a key icon. All buttons and the knob are now locked.
• To deactivate the child protection feature, press and hold the button Stop/Löschen for approx. 3 seconds.
A long beep sounds and the key icon disappears.

Solution
Disconnect the power plug from
the power outlet and plug it
back in after 10 seconds.
Consult an electrician.
Plug a different device into
the power outlet. If this device
does not turn on, consult an
electrician.
Close the door fully.
Clean the tray roller and the
cooking chamber floor.
