The checks below are recommended to be carried
out during troubleshooting and maintenance.
Warning
High voltage!
Only qualified personnel should install, use or
service this product.
Disconnect the battery and power supply before
maintenance, servicing or dismantling.
Green
Blue

Charger not connected to mains power supply.
Mains connected. Waiting for battery.
Manually stopped (STOP) and battery connected.
Main charging.
Remote OFF, and battery connected. (Option)
Equalize charging.
Charging error, not specified.
Time limit exceeded. Charging not complete.
High battery voltage. Charging turned off.
Phase error.
High charger temperature. Reduced charging current.
Very low battery voltage. Below voltage start limit. (Or
Remote input incorrectly connected to B+).
Low battery voltage. Low current phase. (If used in curve)
Low charger temperature or sensor fault. Charging turned off.
Above maximum Ah value.
Over temp power unit shut off.
Battery error.
Control error.
No charging curve/code selected.
Warning
High voltage!
If there is evidence of damage to the battery
charger, cables or connectors, switch off the mains
power. Do not touch damaged parts.
Do not touch uninsulated battery terminals,
connectors or other live electrical parts.
Contact service technician.
