Din05 Instrument purposely designed to detect and weigh hanging loads, which can be configured via
software for use in load tests and material breaking tests (peak function) and to hold the displayed weight
(hold function).
Mechanical data:
•
Aluminum housing
•
Load cell material: aluminum (for capacities 50-100-300kg) and stainless-steel (for capacities greater than
600kh)
•
Cell's mechanical overload strength without changes, greater than 200% the end scale value.
•
Protection degree greater than 5
Electrical data:
•
Operation with alkaline batteries (3 x AA size).
•
Autonomy of operation of 150 hours approximately.
Electronic data:
•
Five-segment Liquid Crystal Display and battery level indication
•
Working temperature - 5° C / + 40° C
•
Accuracy +/- 0.1 % on the end scale value
Operating features:
•
Digital ZERO and WEIGHT settings.
•
Automatic zero selection on power-on (zeroizing of load attachments) and zero tracking.
•
Digital filter selection (greater attenuation of weight oscillations).
•
Automatic power-off selection (at stable weight).
•
Peak function (the reached weight is displayed and held)
•
Hold function (when the weight is stable, the displayed value is maintained).
WARNING: the automatic power-off option (if desired) must be selected by the user (see settings).
DESCRIPTION OF OPERATING FUNCTIONS
The ON / OFF KEY allows the instrument to be powered on and off.
REMOTE CONTROL
The remote control unit allows the user to power on the instrument and zeroize the weight on the display
unit.
KEY FUNCTIONS
PN = Pressed in normal mode (less than 1 second)
TP = Held pressed (longer than 2 seconds)
•
MODE (PN) KEY it enables/inhibits the function set in calibration parameter no. 5 (Hold or Peak).
When you press the key, a text will show up, for a few seconds, which corresponds to the enabled parameter
(P ON or H ON).
Note.: To inhibit an enabled function, you need the press the same key again .(P OFF or H OFF).
MODE (TP) Measurement unit switching (kg-kN-lb-N).
•
TARE (PN) KEY it allows the user to manually zeroize the weight and, in the peak and hold functions, set to
zero the stored value to be able to make a new weighing.
