INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE.
It is advisable to blend ripe sauce tomatoes rather than salad tomatoes.
It is advisable to cook the tomatoes in advance or at least scald them and
cut them in pieces. You can also use raw tomatoes, but the operation will
need a longer time. If the peelings come off during cooking, remove them
and do not squeeze them.
After washing the appliance parts place the correctly assembled
appliance on a stable, clean and dry surface, making sure that there is
enough room to work comfortably.
Remove the slide (8) and unfasten the filter (7), lubricate the worm (6)
with a little olive oil and assemble the filter (7) again, fastening it to the
machine body (1). Assemble the slide (8) again.
Position the two collection containers (not included). One is to be placed
under the slide (8) to collect the pulp, the other is to be placed in front of
the filter (7) to collect seeds and peelings.
Pour the cooked or scalded tomatoes in pieces through the funnel (9)
with motor turned off.
Warning: do not fill up the feed or the funnel with tomatoes.
Turn on the motor pressing the switch (16) in ON position I.
Warning: it is advisable to discard the first quantity of tomato purée
(about 200/300 gr) since it could contain remnants of the cleanser.

Switch off the appliance and always disconnect the plug from the power
outlet before cleaning the machine
Do not ever use flammable products or corrosive agents, as such
materials could damage the appliance.
DO NOT IMMERSE THE MOTOR BODY IN WATER.
Remove the plug from the socket.
Separate the motor body (9) from the rest of the appliance.
To clean the motor body use a piece of cotton cloth moistened with water
or natural soap.
The rest of the components, slide, filter, worm, buffer, funnel, joint and
machine body, wash in luke-warm water and dishwashing detergent.
Be careful not to lose any parts of the joint.
Be very carful when cleaning the worm, as it is equipped with tomatoe
crushing points which may cause cuts.
Rinse and dry thoroughly each part.
Lubricate with a little il the worm (6) and assemble the appliance again.
Keep the appliance in a dry and clean place.
Don't wash the components in the dishwasher.
