Possible causes
‐ Calcareous water, white halos
on the tools
‐ Presence of elements which
have not been pre-treated
(cements, alginates)
‐ Wrong cycle parameters
‐ The ultrasound noise is not
heard during the cleaning
phase
‐ Load excessive, drops on tools
‐ Wrong installation, film of water
on the tank bottom after the
draining.
‐ No air flow from the lid side
slots
‐ Tools not suitable to the
ultrasound cleaning (ex.
Mirrors)
‐ Drain solenoid valve hum
Solutions
- Make sure the cock is open.
- Clean tank filter, drain filter, and water
infeed filter.
- Make sure water pressure ranges
within indicated values. In case of
insufficient pressure
plumber.
- Make sure the
(OPTIONAL) is not locked.
- Make sure there is no water into the
tank and start a new cycle
Solution
‐ Mount a water softener
upstream.
‐ Some detergents might reduce
such effect
‐ Pre-treat with suitable
detergents.
‐ Modify parameters increasing the
cleaning time .
‐ Apply to the technical service
‐ Reduce the load
‐ Position the device correctly,
modify the feet height
‐ Apply to the technical service
‐ Do not clean with ultrasounds
unsuitable tools
‐ The solenoid valve works
correctly, the noise is present for
short periods only.
