Restart the appliance and continue adding meat until you get the desired "sausage."

To prevent the skin from "bursting," try not to make the sausages too big.

The work will be easier if done in two (one person introduces the meat into the appliance
while the other holds the skin).

When all of the meat has been used, turn off the food processor, unplug it from its
power outlet and remove any parts remaining inside.

To make sausages of the desired length, tighten and twist the skin in the appropriate
places.

Prepare the appliance as "MEAT GRINDER"

Grind the meat once or twice depending on the degree of grinding desired.

Sauté the onion until it turns brown, then add the ground meat, spices, salt and
flour and stir to mix everything together.

Remove from heat and let cool.
