INFORMATIONS ABOUT SERVICE
DRAWBACKS AND REMEDIES
The fault of working that are normally found in refrigerating appliances are mostly due to unimportant
reasons or to a faulty electrical installation.
These cases can be easily eliminated on field.
The refrigerator isn't working:
• Check that voltage reaches the socket;
• Check that the unit is well plugged in.
If the problem persists despite the above checks, contact your nearest service centre and empty
the unit.
The lamps are not lighting:
• Check that voltage reaches the socket;
• Check that the switch is in not in position "0".
If the prblem persist despite the above checks, contact your nearest service centre.
The inside temperature isn't low enough:
• Check that the unit isn't near a source of heat or a draught;
• Check if there is too much frost on the walls of the tank;
• Check temperature setting;
• Check the perfect closing of the lids;
• Check the main supply led light (3); if it starts flashing the temperature probe or the end of defrosting
probe is broken (STANDARD / HGD version).
If failure to cool should is not due to any of the above reasons it it persists on even after the above
checks, resort to the nearest after-sales service.
The unit is noisy:
• Check that all screws and bolts are well tightened;
• Check if the unit is well levelled;
• Check that any tube or fan blade is in contact with other parts of the unit.
Should the inconvenience persist, contact the nearest after-sales service.
