AIR
FRYER
Cleaning and maintenance
Always clean and dry the various components thoroughly after use.
Unplug the fryer from the mains and allow it to cool fully before cleaning it or performing
any maintenance.
1. Once the fryer has fully cooled, clean the bowl thoroughly with soapy water and a damp
cloth. Do not clean the fryer using a hard object, such as a wire brush. Avoid scratching
the coating, as scratches may cause rust. The bowl, baking tray and food roller are dish-
washer-proof.
2. To use the self-cleaning function, fill the pan with just over 1cm of mild soapy water.
Close the top of the fryer (the lid).
3. Set the temperature to 60ºC. Set the timer to 15 minutes and allow the baked-on food
residue to soften while the fryer is heating. Unplug the fryer from the mains and allow it to
cool fully before continuing cleaning.
4. To clean the fan cover, unplug the fryer and allow it to cool fully. Clean the top of the fan
cover with a damp cloth or sponge and some soapy water to remove any grease.
Please note
1. Do not immerse the mains lead or plug in water or other liquids.
2. If you need to scrub the fryer, use a soft nylon or polyester scourer.
3. Do not use wire wool or other abrasive materials.
4. Never use solvents or cleaning powders.
5. Prevent any liquids from coming into contact with the top/lid.
Storage
Allow the fryer to cool fully before putting it away. Keep it in a dry place, and avoid placing
any heavy items on it, so as to prevent damage.
