2.8 Warning and information signs

Symbol Explanation
PROTECTION CLASS II: The item has protective insulation and does not
require a protective conductor connection.
The item is suitable for mounting onto or into furniture made from materials
with no known ignition properties.
The item is suitable for direct assembly on normally flammable surfaces.
Normally flammable surfaces are materials such as wood and wood-based
materials that are more than 2 mm thick.
Safety Extra Low Voltage
Short-circuit-proof safety converters or safety transformers (automatic restart
after troubleshooting).
The product is temperature-protected up to the specified temperature.
Devices with this symbol may only be used indoors (dry rooms).
This product complies with the requirements of Directives 2004/108/EC and
2006/95/EC.
Complies with EU Directive 2011/65/EU on the restriction of the use of certain
hazardous substances in electrical and electronic equipment.
Separate operating equipment for use outside of lights without additional
covering.
