• Sound trigger recording:
when the sound trigger switch is on.
a: Turn on the power, MiniActionDV will enter
recording mode if the sound outside is up
to 65 decibel.
b: MiniActionDV will automatically enter
standby mode when the sound outside is
lower than 65 decibel standing for 2 minu-
tes.
c: In the standby mode ,if the sound outside
is up to 65 decibel, MiniActionDV will enter
recording mode again .
d: In VOX statue,swith "VOX" off or press
video recording keypad once to save
video.
Notice:
If there is no response when pressing the
power switch, it means power supply runs
low, and device should be recharged .
4. After recording, the files will be saved auto-
matically.
Notice:
1.Turn off the power during recording without
stopping, recording stream will not be
saved as file.
2. If recording time is long, device will create
a file per 30 minutes, and save the file
automatically.
5. Snapshot
In power on statue, press "shooting" keypad
once to take one picture, meanwhile, green
indicator will flash once; in video recording
statue, pres"shooting" keypad once to save
video file and take one picture, meanwhile,
green indicator flashes once.

6. RTC time setting and update
Real time can be printed on video and pictu-
res. RTC setting and update can be set by
users with the software in the CD by software
"Set time.exe". After installation, Icon will
appear on the desktop.By connectting Mini
ActionDV to PC by USB cable which can func-
tion as a mobile disk. Double click the "set
time" icon, then a message box pop out, click
"browse" and choose MiniActionDV mobile
disk and confirm it. Click "update" button, and
a message box appears, then confirm it to
finish the time setting ( the new time is in
accordance with the PC. After plug out USB
cable, user must resume MiniActionDV to
make effect of the updated
7. Charge
Connect MiniActionDV to PC or adapter, the
red light will flash slowly when charging and
the red light be constantly on when fully char-
ged.
8. Remaining memory checking
Long press shooting keypad for 4 seconds to
check remaining memory capacity. Mean-
while, the flashing times of green indicator is
based on the remaining memory (From 1 to
4 times), the more flashes, the less the
remaining memory
9. Remain battery checking
Long press video recording keypad for 4
seconds to check remaining batterycapacity.
Meanwhile, the flashing times of red indica-
tor is based on the remaining battery capacity
(From 1 to 4 times), the more flashes, the
lower the remaining battery capacity.(Details
are listed in the table).
