Fitting the roof mounting
1. Look for a suitable place (W x H x D: at least 450 mm x 300 mm x
350 mm) to attach the portable system to the roof, somewhere flat
and horizontal.
2. Mark 4 boreholes where you want to fix the portable system, as
indicated in the drawing on the next page.
3. Drill the holes using a Ø 4,2 mm bit.
4. Insert 4 M5 threads in the substrate.
5. Screw on the roof mounting using the screws supplied. The portable
system must be fitted horizontally.
6. If present, connect the charger interface to the 12 V on-board
electricity supply of the emergency vehicle using the connector for
vehicles.
Note: you can also connect the charger interface directly to a 12 V
on-board electricity supply or fit an alternative 12 V connector to
the charger interface. To do this, please follow assembly instruc-
tions WM 67500.
