5 Scope of delivery

6 Installation
DANGER! Electrocution!
Before starting any activity, disconnect the pump from
power supply.
1. Provide a weatherproof, frost-free, dust-free and well-
2. Select an installation site that is easily accessible.
CAUTION! Dirt can cause the pump to fail. Flush the
pipework before the installation.
INFO! Fit or replace the pump as a whole item only (both
motor and housing). The pump motor will not fit in other
pump housings in the market.
NOTE! Regarding Evosta2 11/85 SAN V version, both
isolation valve and non-return valve are within the scope of
delivery and have to be fitted and sealed with a tightening
torque of 15 Nm (hand-tight, Fig. 2).
Regarding Evosta2 11/85 SAN R ½" version, both isola-
tion valve and non-return valve (opening pressure max.
0.16 kPa) have to be fitted separately.
CAUTION! An excessive tightening torque will damage
both the valve threaded connections and the O-rings.
When fitting the valves, use a socket wrench to prevent an
excessive tightening!
3. Make sure, that the pump can be fitted without any
