NOTE: it is important to set the date and time to ensure some
functions work as expected (for example: time stamp on the
photos, operation during a defined time period).
Time & Date / Date / OFF
Select "Time & Date" or "Date" if you want the date and/or time
of the image capture imprinted on every photo.
The moon phase, current temperature and (user set) camera ID
will also be imprinted on the still photos.
Select "OFF" if you don't want the date and/or time of the image
capture imprinted on the photos.
ON / OFF
Select "ON" then press "OK" to enable password protection for
your camera (4 characters between 0 and 9 and between A and Z).
ON / OFF
You can choose to hear a beep sound or not when you press a
button on the device.
YES / NO
Formatting the SD card in the trail camera before using it for the
first time is strongly recommended, especially when the SD card
has been used in other devices. An SD card formatted in another
device may not be compatible.
WARNING: When you format a SD memory card, the operating
system erases all information and files on the card.
ON / OFF
Select "ON" then press "OK" to set an ID number for the camera
(4 characters between 0 and 9 and between A and Z). If you have
several devices, this function can help you identify from where and
from which camera the photos are.
YES / NO
Select "YES" to reset the camera back to the factory default
settings.
WARNING: All your custom settings will be deleted.
This parameter shows the firmware version information.
