Cleaning and care
Notes
D Do not apply any caustic cleaners to the control panel or rotary switches.
D Do not spray off or clean the appliance and the oven interior with water hoses, high pressure
cleaners, high pressure steam cleaners or general steam cleaners.
D Follow the instructions supplied by the manufacturer of the cleaning product.
D Do not use any scouring cleaning product or damaged cleaning scrapers. These cause
scratches.
D Stainless steel must not be in prolonged contact with concentrated acids, vinegar essence,
salt solution, mustard or spice mixtures, otherwise the protective coating will be corroded.
After use, rinse stainless steel surfaces until water runs clear.
Cleaning products
Suitable cleaning and maintenance products can be obtained from your customer service.
These include e.g.:
− grease-dissolving cleaning products or special stainless steel cleaners,
− Grill cleaners for stainless steel,
− Protective stainless steel cleaners.

. Turn off appliance and let it cool down.
. Remove deflector plate, baking trays and
racks.
. Lift up the shelf support rails, swing out at
the bottom and lift up out of the holder.
. Clean shelf support rails with grease-dis
solving cleaning agent.
. Clean the oven interior with a grease-dis
solving cleaning agent.
D Do not damage thermostat sensor or heat
ing elements while cleaning.
. Clean the oven interior with an oven cleaner
to remove stubborn marks.
D Follow the instructions supplied by the
manufacturer of the cleaning product.
. Rub cleaned parts and surfaces thoroughly
dry with a soft cloth.
