Error / Malfunction
Unable to jump start. The
vehicle won't start.

Possible causes
The jump start safety

switch is set to "OFF".
The battery clamps are
incorrectly connected or
the polarity is reversed.
The vehicle's battery is
defective or too weak.
The Power Station
storage battery is not fully
charged or drained.
The Power Station
storage battery is not fully
charged or drained.
The 12 V connector is not

Solutions, repair
Set the jump start safety
switch 1 to "ON".
Verify the battery clamps
are correctly connected.
Replace the vehicle's
battery.
Charge the Power Station.
Charge the Power Station.
Check the connection.
Switch the device on or
check the function with
another device.
Disconnect the device
from the Power Station
and charge the Power
Station.
Charge the Power Station.
Replace the light bulb.
