using this product, check the following points before requesting service .

Before you press any playback control button: Select the
correct audio source .
Reduce the distance between the remote control and the
product .
Insert the batteries with their polarities (+/–) aligned correctly .
Replace the batteries .
Aim the remote control directly at the sensor (the sensor is
located on the front of the main unit) .
Disconnect and reconnect the power plug
product on again .
Power has been interrupted or the power cord
disconnected .
Reset the clock .
Ensure the Bluetooth function is activated on your Bluetooth
device .
Re-pair the product with your Bluetooth device .
There is no disc inside the product (NO CD appears on the
display) .
Insert the disc correctly with the label side facing towards the
front .
Clean the disc .
PAUSE mode may be activated . Deactivate the mode .
A non-valid disc has been inserted .
Condensation may have formed inside the product due to a
sudden change in temperature . Wait about 1 hour for it to
clear and try again .
When the product's external input signal level is too low,
the product will turn off automatically in 15 minutes . Please
increase the volume level of your external device .
