Slicing / Shredding Discs:
Figure 1 and 2
1) One side slices cheese, potato,
carrot, cabbage, onion, apple,
etc. The other side shreds
cheese, carrot, potato and other
foods of a similar texture.
Julienne Disc: Figure 3
1) Cuts potatoes for thin French fries;
ingredients for casseroles and dips
(cucumbers, carrots, apples,
pears)
Assembling Your High-Speed
Slicer / Shredder
1) Put the base plate (6) onto the base
unit (7).
2) Carefully push one cutting disc (5) onto the shaft
(4).
3) Fit the lid (3) onto the base. If it does not fit tightly
to the base plate, try again.
4) Turn the lid clockwise until it clicks into place.
5) Remove the high-speed outlet cover and fit the
high-speed slicer / shredder to the outlet.
6) Plug the stand mixer in and put a bowl under the
food outlet (8).
