6.2 Time/date/battery indicator

The activity sensor displays the current time, date and battery state. Once
the activity sensor has been synchronised with the smartphone, the current
time and date on the smartphone are transferred to the activity sensor. If
appears at the top of the display, the activity alarm is activated. You can
find more information about the activity alarm in the "Activity alarm" section.
If appears at the top of the display, an alarm is activated. If is continuously
illuminated at the top of the display, the activity sensor is connected with the app
via Bluetooth . If is flashing, Bluetooth is activated on the activity sensor, but

not connected to the app. If does not appear in the display, Bluetooth is deac-

tivated on the activity sensor.

6.3 Heart rate

The activity sensor has an optical sensor that helps you to measure your
heart rate in real time. To start the heart rate measurement, press the button
on the activity sensor repeatedly until appears in the display.

Press and hold the button for 3 seconds. appears in the display The activity
sensor starts to record the heart rate. Once the activity sensor has recorded a heart
rate, the measured value appears in the display .
