You can remove any food residues by mincing dried bread in the device.
1. Take the device apart in the reverse order:
– Undo the large locking nut and remove the inserts that have been used (perforated
disc, shortbread attachment etc.).
– Remove the cutter head if necessary.
– Pull the crank handle out of the screw conveyor.
– Remove the screw conveyor from the attachment.
– Turn the ring closure anticlockwise and remove the attachment from the base.
– Turn the wheel in the direction of RELEASE in order to remove the device from
the table.
2. Clean all parts with hot water and a mild detergent or in the dishwasher (except for
the base).
3. Dry all parts thoroughly.
4. Store the device and accessories in a clean, dry place which is not accessible to
children and animals.

Disposal

The packaging material is recyclable. Please dispose of it in an environmentally
friendly manner and take it to a recycling centre. Dispose of the article in an
environmentally friendly manner as well. You can obtain more information from
your local authorities.
