Do not use power tools to install the mounting plate, and do not overtighten the screws! Overtightening

the screws may cause the mounting plate to warp.

Remove the mounting plate from the fixture by twisting counterclockwise.
2
Secure the mounting plate to the outlet box with the provided hardware. Do not overtighten the screws.
Mounting Plate Hardware:
a. (2) #8-32 x 1-1/2" screws
b. (2) 1/2" washers
