Use personal safety equipment. Always wear eye protection. Safety equipment such
as dust mask, non-skid safety shoes, hard hat, or hearing protection used for
appropriate conditions will reduce personal injuries.
Do not overreach. Keep proper footing and balance at all times. This enables better
control of the power tool in unexpected situations.
Do not expose digital torque tools to rain or wet conditions. Water entering a digital
torque tool will increase the risk of electric shock.
Ratchet mechanism may slip of break if dirty, mismatched or worn parts are
used, or direction lever is not fully engaged. Ratchets that slip or break can cause
injury.
Always pull-do not push- on the wrench handle and adjust your stance to prevent
a possible fall while applying torque.
