CUTTING MOUSTACHE
With the comb attachment
Comb the moustache with the supplied comb so that it is as vertical as possible.
Slide the comb attachment to the desired cutting setting.
Hold the appliance horizontally in the hand with its front side pointing at you.
Cut the moustache by moving down.
Without comb attachment
Put your fingers on the upper lip, so that the hair of the moustache is away from the skin.
Cut the hair by moving up.
Then cut the hair by moving down to level possible length differences.
To obtain the desired outline above the upper lip, hold the appliance vertically towards the cutting
direction and move sidewards.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

Attention: before cleaning the razor check that the power cable is disconnected from the mains.
 Your clipper was carefully examined before leaving our factory to ensure that the blades were oiled
and aligned. To maintain your clipper in peak condition, the blades should be oiled every few
haircuts.
 Use the small brush to remove remaining hair.
 Change the blades as soon as they become blunt.
 Never use water or other liquids, nor detergents or abrasive products when cleaning; and never dip
it in water.
 Periodically check that the electric cable is not damaged, please contact your local authorised
dealer if it has to be changed or needs repairing.
 Special tools are required to replace the appliance batteries; please contact professionally qualified
personnel. Always check that the new batteries are the same as the former ones: that is (AA 1,2V),
nickel-cadmium.
 Deteriorated batteries could release harmful substances, in such case it is necessary to replace them,
please pay attention not to come into contact with these substances, after cleaning the battery
holder.
 Replacement and disposing of batteries: this product is fitted with nickel-cadmium (Ni-Cd)
batteries; to protect environment, if the device should incur irreparable damage, it is necessary to
extract them from the device and dispose of them, in compliance with the current regulations in
force. To extract the batteries (see Page 3: D).
