SOLUTION
1. check the connections between the power supply wires (230V ~) and the
regulator terminals n°1-2
2. Press RESET key
3. Check the connections between the CHARGE wires and the regulator
terminals
4. Make sure that the display shows the "sun" symbol ( ), in WINTER
mode or the "snow" symbol ( ), in SUMMER mode.
