Setting up the deep-fat fryer

Pour 4 litres deep-fat frying oil or 3.5 kg deep-fat frying fat

The heating light lights up while the deep-fat fryer is heating up.
The heating light goes out when the deep-fat frying oil/fat has
reached the set temperature.
