Warning! Before performing
any work on the tool, remove
the battery.
Cleaning
Regular and proper cleaning will not
only ensure safe use, it also prolongs
the life time of the machine.
- Remove dirt and dust from the
housing with a paint brush or dry
cloth.
- Remove grass clippings from the
underside of the trimmer.
- Keep the ventilation slots clean and
free of dust.
- Keep the tool, in particular its plas-
tic components, away from brake
fluids, petrol, petroleum products,
penetrating oil, etc. These sub-
stances may lead to damage.
- Do not store the tool near fertilisers
and other garden chemicals. Dan-
ger of corrosion.
- Store the machine in a dry and
frost-free place (10-25 °C).
- Store the battery and the machine
separately.
- Charge the battery before storing
the machine in winter.
- Repairs may be carried out by an
authorised customer service centre
only.

Disposal

tion. Store such material safely or

municipal collection points offer spe-
cial containers for battery disposal.
