Scope of the guarantee
The Commercial Guarantee lasts 03 years from the date the furniture is delivered to the
customer.
The guarantee covers manufacturing defects : parts, fastenings, missing items and breakage
in normal use.
Guarantee exceptions and exclusions
The guarantee does not cover all defects or incidents due to abnormal use of the product.
The product guarantee cannot cover more than its value.
In particular, it excludes :
• discolouration and small cracks resulting from normal outdoor exposure of the product.
• natural discolouration of the wood identified when the wrappings are removed.
• discolouration of the wood due to not following the maintenance instructions.
If there are problems with your furniture, please contact the manager of the garden
department in your local store. Keep your invoice or till receipt carefully ; you will be asked for
it when making any complaint.
