4. OPERATING
INSTRUCTIONS
The vacuum cleaner was developed for
private use, particularly for ashes and
dry debris aspiration. It shall not be
used in industrial environments.
Never use the vacuum cleaner on:
 Water or any other liquids;
 Hazardous dusts for health (dust
classes L, M, H);
 Hot or burning materials with
temperatures higher than 50 °C.
Temperatures higher than 50 °C
increases the risk of fire;
 Combustible or explosive dusts, gases
or liquids;
 Soot;
Before vacuuming ashes, some aspects
must be considered:
 Shake the ashes with a metallic object
to check if the ash is still hot. The ashes
and debris that seem to be cold may
be internally hot. Make sure the ash is
completely extinct before vacuuming it;
 While vacuuming ashes, check
regularly the suction hose temperature.
In case of excessive heat, turn the
equipment off immediately;
Avoid vacuuming debris and objects
that might reduce the air flow and block
or clog the suction accessories.
Never use this equipment if the suction
power gets too weak. If that happens,
check if the tank is full and check the
HEPA filter cleaning status (check the
maintenance instructions). Also check
possible obstructions or clogs on the
suction hose and pipe.

4.1 START/STOP (FIG. D)
Make sure the ashes tank (9) is totally
empty before turning the equipment on.
1. Unroll the power cable (15) and plug
it into an outlet;

4.2 - SAFETY SWITCH (FIG. E)
In the cover bottom base (4) there is
a safety switch (14) that prevents the
operation without the HEPA filter (11).
1. When the HEPA filter is installed and
with the fixing screw (13) completely
tightened, the vacuum cleaner is ready
to be operated;
2. If the HEPA filter is not installed or
properly tightened, the vacuum cleaner
will not start;
4.3 - DUST SHAKING SWITCH
(FIG.F)
If the suction power is lower than
normal and the working performance is
reduced, check the HEPA filter status.
1. If the HEPA filter is covered in ash
and dust, press the dust shaking switch
(7) 5 times;
2. The dust is removed from the HEPA
filter. If this is not enough, clean the
filter according to the maintenance
instructions;
5. MAINTENANCE
INSTRUCTIONS
Whenever you perform maintenance or
cleaning works on the vacuum cleaner,
turn off the power switch and unplug
the power cord.
When the filters are dirty, the suction
power decreases considerably. Clean
the filters regularly to increase working
efficiency and extend the life of the
equipment. Never use it without the
filter.
5.1 - CLEANING THE HEPA
FILTER (FIG. G)
If the filter is completely clogged:
1. Unlock the cover fasteners (8) and
remove the cover (4);
2. Untighten the fixing screw (13) and
remove the HEPA filter (11);
3. Clean the filter with water until it gets
clean and let it dry;
4. Install the filter and assemble the
remaining parts in the reverse order of
disassembly;

5.2 - CLEANING AND STORAGE

of the vacuum cleaner. Clean the tool
with a clean, damp cloth or blow it with
low pressure compressed air.
A careful handling protects the power
tool and extends its life.
Storage
