Problem
The machine stops operation during
use
Juice flows out from the upper part
of machine
Upper cover can not be opened
Upper cover can not tightly closed
If there are other faults and special tools are needed, make sure to come to the specified
maintenance station for replacement.

Food with hard kernel is put in
Overloaded amount for processing
Too long continues operation time
Check whether residue hole seal
plug and cup seal ring are missed
or not installed in place.
Food piles up at the upper part of
squeezer and is not fully squeezed
Foreign or hard objects are put in
Upper cover is deformed or
damaged
Filter or the squeezer is not installed
inplace
Løsning
Turn the control knob to "Reverse"
position, to take out food; then turn
off the machine power and remove
the power plug; after the machine
totally stops, remove the food from
the squeezer.
Turn off machine power and remove
the power plug; after the machine
completely stops rotation, clean the
feed pipe, squeezer, filter and cup.
Turn the control knob to OFF
position; disconnect the power
supply and let the machine cool
down
Reinstall residue hole seal plug and
cup seal ring in place.
Turn the control knob to the
corresponding gear to make the
machine continue to squeeze food.
Turn the control knob to "Reverse"
position to take the food out, then
switch to the "Off" position.
Turn off machine power and remove
the power plug; then send it to the
local specified maintenance station
for repair or dial the service hotline.
Re-install all parts in place as per
the user guide.
