• Check whether the battery is charged with enough energy.
• Check whether the volume level is in lower position on your speaker and
mobile phone or PC/Mac.
• Make sure that your Bluetooth device is within the effective operation
range.
• Check whether the Bluetooth device is paired.
• Check whether the Bluetooth device shows it's connected.
• Check whether you have selected the correct audio source.
• If using the AUX IN port, make sure the 3.5mm jack cable is securely
