Trouble shooting
Problem
Poor conveying
capacity.
Conveying stopped
but blower continues
to run.

Cause
Intake nozzle not correctly adjusted.
Piping incorrectly installed.
Blocked Multievacuator top filter.
Rotation direction of blower (or rotary
valve) incorrect.
Material being blown into container
with inadequate air outlet.
Material being sucked from container
not receiving enough air.
Worn seals in rotary valve.
"Heavy-flowing" material
Pipe blockage.
Rotary valve rotor blocked by impuri-
ties in the material.
Remedy
See section "Setting the intake no-
zzle".
See section "Piping instructions".
Clean filter (See "Maintenance").
Change direction of rotation. For cor-
rect direction see "Installation".
Open container to allow air to escape.
Open container to allow air to enter.
Replace seals.
See rotary valve manual.
If material flows "heavily" it will be slo-
wer in flowing to the intake nozzle and
conveying capacity will be reduced.
Clean piping.
See "Clearing blocked piping".
Remove impurities and check whether
rotor has been damaged.
