You can select [V-Log L] in [Photo Style] in the [Motion Picture] menu.

will appear darker overall.

This function is available only when the camera is set to Creative Video
Mode.

The following picture quality settings cannot be adjusted.

[V-Log L] is not available when [4K PHOTO] is selected.
You can use a LUT (lookup table) to perform post production editing.
