SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
Pneumatic device use general safety recommendations:
In order to minimise the risk of injury caused by the
stream of compressed air please ensure compliance with
safety instructions when using this device. Please read
the instruction carefully and make sure that you have
understood it well. Keep the manual near the equipment to
be able to read it at any time.
Always use the device in a safe place, where there is no
risk of anyone stepping on, tripping over or damaging the
air feed hose. Before connecting and disconnecting the air
hose to the pneumatic device and when changing the tool
always close the air valve and release the air remaining in
the system using the release valve. The hose should not
be in contact with electrical cables etc.. Do not exceed the
maximum permissible operating pressure.
Switch the device off immediately if there are any
irregularities in its operation. When not in use, disconnect
the compressed air source. No internal element of this
device needs to be maintained by the user. An opening of
the device without our approval leads to a loss of warranty.

from improper use or incorrect operation.

(including children) with limited physical, sensory
or mental aptitude or lack of experience and/or
knowledge unless they are supervised by a person
responsible for their safety or have received
instruction from this person as to how the device is
used.

6. Clean the device regularly to avoid a durable
encrustation of dirt.
7. Dress properly. Do not wear loose clothing
or jewellery. They can get caught in moving
parts. Rubbergloves and non-skid footwear are
recommended when working outdoors.

8. If working in cold conditions wear warm clothes and
ensure hands are warm and dry.
9. Secure work area. It is recommended to use clamps
or a vice for fixation. Please pay special attention to
your hands when operating the machine!
10. Do not place the device close to combustible
materials.
11. Do not overreach yourself. Keep proper footing and
balance at all times.
12. Hold the machine firmly in both hands.
13. Switch off the machine and disconnect the cable
before performing maintenance or
accessories.
14. Stay alert when operating the machine. Do not
operate tool when you are tired.
15. Check damaged parts. Before further use of the
tool, any part of the casing or other parts that are
damaged should be carefully checked to determine
that they will operate properly and per form their
intended function. Check for alignment of moving
parts, mounting, and any other conditions that may
affect its operation.
16. Do not touch movable parts or accessories unless the
power source has been disconnected.
17. At locations where there is a high risk of mechanical
damage use a reinforced hose for compressed air
connections.
18. Use a flexible connection hose.
19. Do not direct the air stream at yourself, other people
or animals.
20. Compressed air may cause serious injury.
21. Before each use ensure the nozzle is correctly
mounted in the device and that the hose is correctly
attached and undamaged.
22. The air should be used to supply the unit, it is
forbidden to use other gases.
23. Only use nozzles designed for use with impact tools.
25. Avoid unintentional starting. Don't carry plugged-
in tool with finger on switch. Be sure the tool is
switched off when plugging it in.

a feeling of discomfort in the hands, shoulders, neck
and other parts of the body. If the operator notices
the following symptoms: reoccurring feeling of
discomfort, pulsating pain, muscle pains, pins and
needles, numbness, stiffness or heat flushes, then
report to a supervisor immediately and consult
qualified medical staff.
27. Exposure to vibrations may damage the nerves and
the circulation system in the hands and shoulders.
28. If numbness, pins and needles or paleness of the
fingers or hands occur, stop working, report to
a supervisor and immediately consult qualified
medical staff.
29. Use of incorrect sockets and couplers results in
a significant increase in vibrations.

30. Keep hands away from cold air.
31. The loud noise may cause an irreversible loss or
damage of the hearing as well as other problems,
such as ringing, wailing, humming or buzzing in the
ears.

not use water to cool them down.
33. Dusts and vapours generated when the device is in
use may cause diseases, such as: cancer, congenial
defects, asthma and/or skin inflammation.

USAGE PURPOSE
The air nibbler is a pneumatic tool designed for cutting
sheet metals.
Any damage resulting from a non-conform use of the
device is payable by the user!

BEFORE FIRST USE
Upon receipt of the goods, check the packaging for integrity
and open it. If the packaging is damaged, please contact
your transport company and distributor within 3 days, and
document the damages as detailed as possible. Do not turn
the package upside down! When transporting the package,
please ensure that it is kept horizontal and stable. Please
keep all packaging materials (cardboard, plastic tapes and

Disposing of packaging
The various items used for packaging (cardboard, plastic

DEVICE OPERATION:

1. Every time make sure the device disconnected from

2. To adjust the cutting direction, use a spanner (not
included) to loosen the nut (2), then set the matrix
(1) in the desired position and tighten the nut (2).

knife (if required).

matrix (1) and the knife housing using pliers or an

b) Replace the blade.
