9. Do one of the following:
• If you have an outlet, let one side of the expansion pipe go through the
170mm hole. NOTICE The expansion pipe is not needed when you use the
active carbon filter.
• If you use the cooker hood with the active carbon filter:
a. Remove the mesh filter(s).
b. Place the carbon filter (see Replacing the active carbon filter).
c. Place the mesh filter(s).
10. Attach the inner chimney to the hanging board with four ST4 x 8mm screws.
