Problem
The lid is falling while pouring. (Perkomax Enamel) Please make sure, that the lid's nose is at the same
The water is not boiling.
My coffee is not strong enough.
My coffee/tea is boiling over.
How would I know, that my coffee/tea is boiling?
WARRANTY
Under proper use, a warranty period of two
years will apply to your Petromax Perkomax
from the day of purchase. If you cannot
properly use your Petromax Perkomax due
to a defect in material or workmanship, you
are entitled to a warranty repair. Contact your
dealer for that purpose.

Please note the minimal filling level of 0.75 litres.
1. The boiling time should be at least 12 min.
2. Please add an adequate quantity of coffee
to the basket (ca. 8-9 tsp), maximum level
just below the upper end of the tube in the
basket.
Please note that the maximum filling level must
not exceed 1.3 litres.
As soon as the water is boiling, you will hear the
sound very clearly. You must not remove the lid
during the boiling process as very hot water flows
out the tube.
