Connection
CONNECTION
Connect the amplifier inputs to the different sources. Use good quality audio leads.
Respect the Left and Right channels. Connect the output to a suitable stereo power
amplifier or two mono amplifiers (e.g. our 4020, 4040, or 2x 8010) .
Connect the power-cord to the mains connector. Check for correct mains voltage.
(*1) At first time power up, or after a mains voltage failure, the +6dB LED will lit
together with the standby/mute LED.
(*2) Line level is an source with voltages between 150mV and 2V.

replace only with indicated ratings!
3. Line output. Connect to your power
amplifier.
4. Monitor output, can be used to con-
nect to the audio record input of
your tape, VCR, MD, CDR... re-
corder.
5. Audio/Video audio input. Use this
input to connect your audio signal
coming from a VCR, DVD, MD,
CDR player/recorder...
6. Tuner input. Use this input to con-
nect your tuner, or other normal line
level (*2) unit.
7. CD input. Connect you CD player or
other line level (*2) unit to this input.
8. Phono or Auxiliary input.
Caution: Never connect a line level
(*2) unit when this input is config-
ured for phono use.
9. Phono ground connection. Connect
this to the ground connection of the
phono.
