1. UNIT 1 – Control Operation Panel
This operation panel remotely controls the main unit 1.
2. UNIT 2 – Control Operation Panel
This operation panel remotely controls the main unit 2.
3. OPEN / CLOSE
Press to load or eject the disc. Each press will open or close the tray.
NOTE: The tray will not open unless PAUSE button has been pressed first.
4. LCD
The liquid crystal display (LCD) indicates the track number, time (in minutes, seconds, frames), remaining time,
pitch, beat, loop, auto cue single, continue and time bar.
5. PLAY / PAUSE
Press the PLAY / PAUSE button to pause the disc. Press the button again to continue playing.
6. TRACK (skip button)
Select the track to be played.
"+10": press this button to forward 10 tracks.
7. JOG DIAL (+FWD & -REV)
Speed control: Rotate the wheel in the PLAY mode to change the playback speed. Rotating in a clockwise
direction will increase the speed; rotating in a counter clockwise direction will decrease the speed.
Searching: Rotate the wheel in PAUSE mode to forward or backward the player to the desired point of start. The
searching speed changes according to the rotation speed.
8. CUE
The cue function allows the disc to be played from a memorized point any given number of times. When the unit
is in pause mode, press the CUE button to set up the memorized cue point. The CUE button will blink.
9. BPM
Push this button to get the BPM (beats per minute) value.
10. TIME / OUTRO (TIME button)
Press this button to switch between elapsed playing time, single remaining time and total remaining time and to
switch off the OUTRO function. When OUTRO appears on the display, only the last 30 seconds of each track will
be played.
When the display shows OUTRO, the player only plays the last 30 seconds of each track.
11. PITCH button
Press this button to switch to PITCH ON mode. Select the 8% or 16% button to assign +/- 8% or 16% to the pitch
control slider. When the unit is in PITCH OFF mode, the playback speed is normal (0%). The playback speed will
not change when you move the pitch control slider.
12. PITCH BEND button
Match the position of the bass beat after the pitch has been adjusted. The pitch will automatically rise from the
current setting by pressing the + button. By pressing the – button, the pitch will automatically drop from the current
setting. By changing the pitch you can match the position of the beats.
13. CONT. / SINGLE
Press this button to switch between the SINGLE and CONTINUOUS play mode. In SINGLE mode, after each
track, the unit auto cues where the song starts. It means that, without memorizing a cue point, pressing the CUE
button will return to the beginning of the song and play from there.
14. SEARCHING (SEARCH button)
Use these buttons to accurately change the starting position of the disc.
15. STOP button
Press this button to stop the disc.
16. CONNECTOR PORTS
8-pin connection of the control unit to the main unit.
