Operation

Note: Before using the appliance for the first time,.wipe the hobs clean with a damp
cloth. This removes any residue that may have built up during transit. Elements may
smoke when new, if this persists please call the supplier
Position the appliance in a suitable location.

Ensure the power setting is set to '0'. Connect to the power supply.

Turn the control knob clockwise to set the power to the desired level. When the boiler ring is heating,

the red indicator is illuminated. When temperature setting is reached red indicator will switch off
Place the pan on the ring.

Note: Double boiling rings have individual power controls, which need to be set for each
ring.
When cooking is complete, remove the pan from the hob and turn the power control to '0'.

Cleaning, Care & Maintenance
Always switch off the appliance and disconnect from the power supply before cleaning.
Always allow the appliance to cool before cleaning.
Use warm, soapy water and a damp cloth for cleaning.
A Caterlite agent or qualified technician should carry out repairs if required.
