• During use, when the plates heat and cool, position the appliance
on a smooth and heat resistant surface.
• While straightening, be careful not to near the plates too much to
the sensitive parts of the face, ears, neck or head.
• Leave the plates to cool down completely when finished, before
putting the appliance away.

PREPARING YOUR HAIR
• Wash hair as normal and comb to remove knots.
• Dry your hair and brush from the roots to the ends.
OPERATION
• Connect the power cable (3) to the mains.
• Switch on the ON/OFF button (5) and let the straightener heat up;
the LCD display (1) will light up.
• Select the desired temperature by using the adjustment button +
or – (6). It is possible to choose the temperature according to the
type of hair and desired styling in a range between 130 and 230
°C. The temperature can be adjusted at any time by pressing the
adjustment buttons.
• Press the + and - buttons (6) simultaneously to block the
temperature at the desired level. The "lock" symbol will appear
on the LCD display (1).
• Use your fingers to take a thin lock of hair, the same width as the
heating plates, and place it between the plates (7).
• Keep the lock of hair taut with one hand and, with the other hand,
slide the closed plate from the roots down to the ends.
• Once you have finished straightening, switch the appliance off
from the ON/OFF button (5) and disconnect the power supply
plug (3) from the socket.
