•
To store or transport a new appliance does not require any special care nor does it involve any risks.
•
Weight and overall dimensions of the waste oil drain are indicated on page 2.
•
The oil drain is packed in such a way that none of its components can be damaged during transportation.
•
The packaging must not be discarded into the environment.
•
If, after use, it is necessary to store, transport or dispose of the oil drain, all parts containing oil must be
carefully emptied in order to avoid accidental leakage during movement. During this operation smoking is
forbidden, wearing oil resistant gloves is compulsory and operating near open flames is not allowed.
•
The oil must be poured into a suitable container and disposed of in compliance with current
legislation.
•
When moving the appliance make sure that all taps are turned off, the oil drain pan V must be empty in
order to avoid accidental leakage.
•
Lift pan V fully so that vent holes S are sealed.
•
Turn-off the tap R
•
Secure discharge hose to a suitable container.
•
Connect the compressed air source to valve F. WARNING: max 0,5bar
(the valve F coupler is the same as the one used for tyre valves)
•
The oil drain is provided with a safety valve set at1 bar.
•
Open tap C to start emptying the tank.
•
After emptying the tank close tap C.
•
Return discharge hose with the spout hooked on to the pan.

Solutions
Check that the tap R is open
Verify that the pan has not sealed the vent holes
before the full up position.
Check that the hole of the pan placed under the grid is
not clogged.
Check that tap C is open.
Check that tap R is closed.
Verify that the pan has sealed the vent hoses in the
full up position.
Verify that the air inlet and safety valve are working
properly.
