    Beschreibung Bord Control 2005 Das Bord Control ist eine Kontrolltafel mit mehreren Funktionen. Im rechten Teil befinden sich die Anzeigefelder, Taster und weitere Anzeigen. Die Anzeigefelder sind in moderner LED-Technik ausgelegt. Durch Betätigen eines der vier Taster wird die jeweilige Funktion ausgewählt und der Wert im entsprechendem Anzeigefeld angezeigt.

    Funktionen Bord Control 2005 Unterspannungsanzeige und NOT EIN Der Batteriewächter überwacht die Stromkreise 1 und 2, sowie den Pumpenstromkreis und schützt die Versorgungsbatterie vor schädlicher Tiefentladung. Die Unterspannungsanzeige (1) leuchtet rot, wenn die Spannung der Batterie 2 (Versorgungsbatterie) unter 10,8V gefallen ist und somit die Verbraucherstromkreise nicht mehr versorgt werden.
  • Page 7 Batteriespannungsanzeige Die Taster (7 und 8) dienen zur Abfrage der Batteriespannung von Batterie 2 (Versorgungsbatterie, Taster 7) und Batterie 1 (Starterbatterie, Taster 8). Der Spannungszustand wird im Anzeigefeld (9) in Feldern angezeigt. Der Anzeigefeld Bedeutung 1. und 2. rot Batterie muss geladen werden. 3.

  • Page 9 Funktion Die Verteilerbox dient zur 12V Stromverteilung und Absicherung der Stromkreise. Die Steuerung erfolgt durch das Bord Control 2005 über die 12polige Steuerleitung (14). In der Verteilerbox ist ein Batteriewächter integriert, dessen Funktion nachfolgend beschrieben wird. Minusanschluss Der Schraubanschluß in der Minusverteilung (13) ist zum Befestigen des Minusanschlußkabels.
  • Page 10 Potentialfrei Dieser Stromkreis stellt drei Kontakte für Flachsteckhülsen 6,3mm bereit und ist nicht abgesichert. Die Kontakte dienen als Steckverteiler zur freien Verteilung. Dauerplus Dieser Stromkreis (20) wird dauernd von der EVS mit 12V versorgt. Der mit einem * gekennzeichnete Ausgang wird versorgt, wenn der Schalter (3) betätigt wird.

    Batteriewächter Der Batteriewächter (21) ist in die Verteilerbox VB 06-1 integriert und schützt die Versorgungsbatterie (Batterie 2) vor schädlicher Tiefentladung durch Kleinverbraucher. Funktion Durch Dauerverbraucher mit geringer Stromaufnahme, wie z. B. Magnet- ventile an Boilern, kann die Versorgungsbatterie sehr langsam entladen werden.

    Anschluss Sicherheitshinweise Der Anschluss des Geräts an das Versorgungsnetzes muss in Übereinstimmung jeweils geltenden nationalen Installationsvorschriften vorgenommen werden. Die Montage und der Anschluss von elektrischen Geräten sollte grundsätzlich durch geeignetes Fachpersonal erfolgen! Stellen Sie vor allen Arbeiten am Gerät sicher, dass die Stromzufuhr getrennt ist! Netzstecker ziehen! Benutzen Sie zum Anschluss des Gerätes nur die mitgelieferten Teile sowie die vorgeschriebenen Leitungsquerschnitte und Sicherungen!

  • Page 24 Functions Bord Control 2005 Energised indicator and EMERGENCY ON The battery monitor monitors Circuits 1 and 2 as well as the pump circuit and protects the supply battery from damaging exhaustive discharge. The energised indicator (1) turns red when the Battery 2 (supply battery) voltage falls under 10.8V and, as a result, the user circuits can no longer be supplied.
  • Page 25 Battery voltage display Buttons (7 and 8) are for enquiring into voltage states of Battery 2 (supply battery, Button 7) and Battery 1 (starter battery, Button 8).   • Page 27 Function The junction box distributes the 12 V current and protects the circuits. Bord Control 2005 effects control by means of the 12-pole control line (14). A battery monitor, the function of which is described below, is integrated in the junction box .
  • Page 28 Voltage-free This circuit provides three contacts for flat push-on contacts 6.3mm wide and is not fused. The contacts act as push-on plug distributors for any distribution. Permanent positive This circuit (20) is permanently supplied with 12V from the PS. The output marked with a * is being supplied when the switch (3) is actuated.

    Battery monitor The battery monitor (21) is integrated in the VB 06-1 junction box and protects the supply battery (Battery 2) from damaging exhaustive discharge by low- rating user. Function Permanent user with low current consumption, such as solenoid valves on boilers, can cause the supply battery to discharge very slowly.

    Fonctions du Bord Control 2005 Voyant de sous-tension et mise en marche d’urgence Le protecteur de batterie surveille les circuits électriques 1 et 2 ainsi que le circuit des pompes et protège la batterie d’alimentation d’une décharge totale nuisible. Le voyant de sous-tension (1) s’allume en rouge lorsque la tension de la batterie 2 (batterie d’alimentation) descend en dessous de 10,8 V et que, par conséquent, les circuits utilisateur ne sont plus alimentés.
