Dismounting (see figures F1 – F2)
Wear safety gloves and do not touch the hot nozzle. Danger of burn-
ing.
– Turn the release ring 3 in rotation direction and pull off the BBQ fan
toward the front.
– Afterwards, mount the rubber cap 7 onto the screwdriver again.
Operation
Kindling/Lighting Up Charcoal Barbecues (see figure E)
The screwdriver with BBQ fan 2 may only be operated with mounted noz-
zle 1 and hand strap 5 (see "Assembly").
– Start the lighter fluid/material in the barbecue.
– Attach the hand strap 5 around your wrist.
– To start the BBQ fan, press and hold the On/Off switch 4 of the screw-
driver.
The BBQ fan can be operated both in right and left rotation mode.
– Hold the screwdriver with BBQ fan inclined from above toward the bar-
becue.
Observe a sufficient safety clearance to the barbecue.
Do not use the screwdriver with BBQ fan for turning or distributing
the charcoal/wood.

Cleaning
– Wipe away debris or contamination with a dry, soft cloth. Do not use
cleaning agents or solvents.
