The V2T-10 appears not to be working
● Make sure that the handset is securely plugged in.
● Make sure that the telephone base is securely plugged in.
● Make sure that the battery is inserted correctly and is of
the recommended type.
● Make sure that the power supply cord is plugged in
correctly i.e. into a working wall socket and into the V2T-10
Piece.
● Make sure the mode switch is set to ON or AUTO if using
V2T to convert the voice to text.
The Live Transcribe App appears not to be
working correctly
● Make sure that the audio cord is securely plugged in V2T-
10.
● Make sure that the audio cord is securely plugged in
Smart-Phone or tablet.
● Make sure that the volume is correctly adjusted.
● Make sure speech clearly when you talking in the phone.
