First aid:
- EYES > Immediately hold eyes open and rinse immediately with plain water for at least
15 minutes. Consult a doctor without delay.
- SKIN > Quickly, but gently, wipe acid from skin. Remove any contaminated clothing or
footwear and thoroughly wash the affected area with soap and water for at least 15 minutes.

- SWALLOWED > Do not induce vomiting. Rinse out mouth with water, and if conscious,
induce copious drinking of water or milk. Consult a doctor without delay.
Warning note:
- Do not expose batteries in direct daylight without protection.
- Discharged batteries can freeze, therefore it must be stored in an area free from frost.
Disposal:
- Take old batteries to a proper collection point. The instructions listed under part 1 must
be followed during transportation. Never dispose old batteries in a domestic waste bin.
INFORMATIONS
(1) This battery is a fully charged and sealed product, integrating a venting valve. It contains
non-floating electrolyte and any gas produced during use is fully absorbed within the battery,
ensuring that this battery is totally Maintenance Free.
(2) As this battery was fully activated at the factory, it is essential that the voltage is maintained
at all times, which requires a maintenance charge to be performed every 12 weeks (or if the
voltage is less than 12.4 volts) until the battery is put into service.
Failure to do so will reduce the life of this battery, and may render it unserviceable.
(3) As this battery is ready to use, care must be taken to avoid a short-circuit between the
positive and negative terminals.
(4) Under no circumstances must the Factory Fitted Sealing Plugs be removed.
(5) The Venting Valve Opening must not be blocked.
