OPTIONAL DIMMER (DMK1)
The backlight brightness can be dimmed with our optional DMK7 external dimmer.
To use the DMK7 external dimmer:
1. Plug the dimmer into the correct 3.5mm port on the back of the monitor labeled Dimmer.
2. Turn on the monitor and open the Menu. Under the Picture heading cycle down to Backlight. Cycle right until By Dimmer is selected.
3. You can now use the knob on the external dimmer to increase and decrease the brightness of the screen.
OPTIONAL INFRARED EXTENDER (IRC7)
The screen can be used with our optional IRC7 infrared extender. This allows you to use the remote control with the screen when flush
mounting in ways that would otherwise cover the infrared receiver.
To use the IRC7 infrared extender:
1. Plug the dimmer into the correct 3.5mm port on the back of the monitor labeled IR.
2. You can now use the infrared extender with the remote control.
