1.Why can't the earbuds connect to each other successfully?/Why do I only hear the sound
on one side?
Here are three ways to connect:
①Turn off the bluetooth of your device, and turn it back on in several seconds later.
②Reset earbuds.
③Put earbuds back in the charging box, then take them out to repair.
2.How to reset the earbuds?
Please kindly remember to charging the product to be full power before resetting it.
①Take earbuds out of the charging box, long press the touchpads of both earbuds for 5 sec-
onds to turn them off. You will hear a beep and a female voice prompt to power off.
②Long press both earbuds at the same time from turning on to off, it takes about 12 seconds.
During this process, you will hear these tones one after the other: Power on, Pairing mode and
four beeps.
③Put earbuds into the charging case, close the cover and then reopen it when lights of
charging case are on.
④Unpair them in "Paired Bluetooth Device" of your phone.
⑤Take out these earbuds from charging case again, and wait a few seconds for them to be
paired. One earbud will flash light and the other will not if paired successfully. Then turn on
the Bluetooth on your devices, find the pairing name and click pair. There will be a logo of
bluetooth connection when paired.
3.How to turn off the earbuds?
Solutions:3 ways to turn off your earbuds:
①Touch and hold the touchpad 5 seconds when they are not connected to mobile devices.
②Put earbuds into charging box to turn off earbuds automatically.
③Earbuds will power off automatically if there is no connection with a Bluetooth device about
5 minutes after powering on.
4.How to turn on the earbuds?
Solutions:2 ways to turn on your earbuds:
①Touch and hold the touchpad for 2-3 seconds to turn earbuds on.
②Put earbuds into charging case,then take out of earbuds,that turn on automatically.
5.Why is one earbud workable and the other one earbud unworkable when I take earbuds
out of charging box?
Solution: It doesn't mean that the earbud is broken.As when earbud is charging,you did not
put the earbud on right position,or there is dust/something else remain on the charging con-
nection parts of earbud which affect charging.So the unworkable one earbud is out of power.
6.Why can not earbuds be charged in the charging box?
Solution: Please make sure your charging box with power.Kindly remember to wipe and dry
charging connection parts of earbuds,then put them into the charging box.Perhaps some dust
or something else remain on the charging connection parts of earbuds that will affect
charging.
