operAtion - using for the first time
1. Remove the packaging.
2. Clean the device to remove any manufacturing residues (see "Cleaning and maintenance").
function - Assembling
•
Make sure the device is placed on a stable, flat surface.
•
The air vents at the side and bottom of the device should not be blocked.
•
During assembling the device should not be plugged into a socket.
1. P lace the grinding cilinder in the head with the longer side towards the head (see figure 1). Turn the
grinding cilinder slightly until it is secured inside the 'head' (part number 2).
2. P lace the spinning blades onto the shaft of the grinding cilinder with the cutting edge towards the front
(see figure 2). If the spinning blades are placed incorrectly the device will not grind any meat.
3. P lace the desired grinding disc (part number 8) by setting the protruding parts into the slots (see figure
3).
4. K eep the grinding disc in its place by pressing it in the middle with a single finger. Use your other hand
to turn the locking ring (part number 3) secure (see figure 4). Do not turn the locking ring any further
than is required.
